• 1. How much does it cost?

• 2. Are there any other costs involved to send SMS?

  There are no setup fees or monthly fees or any other additional costs. We operate on a prepay basis and the only thing you pay for are the SMS's themselves. The credits that you buy will not expire until you use them, so if you buy them now and use them in 6 months time, that's no problem. They will always be on your account at your disposal.

• 3. How do I buy credits?

  We work on a prepaid basis. When you first register you will be prompted to enter your Credit or Debit card details. These are stored by SagePay who use highly secure encryption methods to ensure your details remain safe. When you make purchase of credits the money is debited from your bank automatically without the need to reenter your details. If you choose to close your account your details will be removed and safely disposed of.

• 4. Who are Sage Pay?

  Sage Pay are an accredited payment service provider. They handle your credit card transaction in a highly secure environment.

• 5. How do I edit a group keyword?

  At present it is not possible to edit a group keyword in the same way you can edit other group attributes. If you wish to give a group a different keyword, you can delete the entire group and create a new one with a different name. Phone numbers and be imported and exported to speed up this process.

• 6. How does Email to SMS work?

  Purchasing credits also allows you to use our Email to SMS service. For most people, it's easier to compose a message using a standard qwerty keyboard and highly convenient to conduct SMS conversations from a desktop PC or laptop.

  By using Email to SMS you can send up to 160 characters from your favourite email account to any mobile device. The text in the email will be received as a standard SMS within seconds of being sent. To use simply send an email from the email account you specified during the sign up process. In the 'To Address' field, type the mobile number that you want the message to be sent to followed by '@x-onsms.com'. Each Email sent using this service will cost 1 credit.

• 7. How does Email to Voice work?

  Email to Voice is almost identical to Email to SMS as explained above. The main difference is that the recipient will receive a phonecall and when answered the text in your email will be read out to them in a human voice. To use, type the mobile number that you want the voice message to call in the 'To Address' field followed by '@x-onvoice.com'.
